Everything good comes to an end

As time went by, I had to come to the realization that my time in Italy was ending. It was a sad and an exciting moment. Every minute and every second meant I was getting closer to going back home.

Woke up to a foggy morning. Went outside just to have some reflection time. Thinking about how much this trip has changed and made me into a better person. During this trip, my girlfriend at the time, broke up with me. She left me for the son of an oil tycoon. I made sure to not let this affect my trip.

Although my heart was broken during this time, Italy thought me how to appreciate being in the moment. The awesome thing about traveling while being single is not having to check on your phone, to see if your lover texted you back. I got to soak in the environment and the people. Also, not having to feel guilty for eating that extra slice of pizza was pretty fun. The best moments of my trip, was being able to interact with the people around me. I made friends on that journey that will be in my life for a very long time.

Italy, oh Italy… How much I will miss you. A country that gave me an escape from my problems back home. This is a country that will always have an emotional chapter in my book called life. The thought of having to arrive back home to no one waiting for me at the gate, added salt to an already unfavorable leave. At least, another wild adventure was waiting for me in the horizon.

Thank you for taking your time for reading this post! Much love!! Have a wonderful weekend!

  1. Breaking up means learning that there’s always something great waiting ahead, glad you looked at it in a positive way.

  2. I’m really sorry to hear about what happened to you. As much as we like to try to not make a big deal of it. I know it’s not easy to forget a recent break up. My best advice for you is to keep going. Write, travel, focus on your job, focus on making the big bucks, focus on making new friends or whatever it suits your heart best.
I know your blog is more focused on travel and your guys try to be as politically correct as possible. So I won’t be saying anything that might scare away your viewers. Before you accept my comment you might want to filter what I’m going to state below since it’s not very PC Culture. You checked my blog a while a go that’s how I started visiting your blog. Anyways have you ever heard of the Redpill or The manosphere community? We are famous for our unorthodox advice for dealing with women, dating, breakups and I recommend you to read some of my posts in my blog and maybe later on check out the redpill subreddit or ROK. There are some good books you should also read Rollo Tomassi Preventive Medicine and Game by Roosh.
Anyways I’m just trying to help you. I remember that when I was a young men my first break-up wasn’t easy(the girl cheated on me) and back then we didn’t have so many tools available or communities to support us. All I got was my friends the internet was still beginning to rise and smartphones didn’t exist… I’m just trying to help you cope with this situation. I wish you the best men and remember there are many girls out there. I’m sure you will find someone who is way better than her. I think you just dodged a bullet, if she broke up with you to date a rich guy. It’s quite clear she a gold digger… Be happy that it ended!Good luck man!
PS: You don’t have to publish my comment if you don’t want to. I know my comment is not very politically correct so it might scare some of your readers. As I’ve said before I just wanted to help you. I know a break up is not easy to deal with…. good luck with your life and remember there are better girls out there you just have to find them!
